First Quarterly Meeting 2025
This March we will be hearing from the following three charities-
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County - provides children facing adversity with one to one mentoring that changes lives for the better, forever.
Nova Bucks - impacts the lives of over 25,000 Bucks County residents each year by providing free and confidential services to crime victims and their families. They also have violence prevention and personal safety education programs for students, parents, teachers and community members.
Potential Inc - engages children and adults with autism in personalized programs that help them realize their full potential.
And a HUGE Thank You to our sponsors, who will be providing some snacks to nosh on while enjoying your cocktail and kibitzing....
Jenni-Lynn Williams of Snarky Tea - Not only does she make bold, unforgettable, better for you teas without any added or artificial sugars....She's also opening a Tea House in Doylestown!!!! Can't wait!!!
Kristin Reilly of Developers Mortgage has more than 20 years experience helping clients buy, build, or refinance a home. She's passionate about guiding people through what can be a stressful, confusing process and works hard to them at ease.
Kathleen Welsh Beveridge of Spark Non-Profit Consulting supports nonprofit leaders in their strategy setting, capacity building, community engagement, board building, and fund development efforts. They work with small to mid-sized nonprofits to assess and address challenges and seize opportunities to expand their mission-driven impact.
Fourth Quarter Meeting 2024
Our final meeting of the year is on Tuesday evening 12/3 in the Northampton Ballroom at Northampton Valley Country Club. Cocktails and Kibitzing start at 6:00 and we'll begin the program at 7:00.

Liz's Closet - A non-profit organization providing birthday toolkits to families in need, helping them celebrate their children’s special day. Founded in honor of Elizabeth Cristinzio, we’re dedicated to spreading God’s love and creating memorable birthday experiences for children ages 1 to 16.
Friends of Washington Crossing - The Friends of Washington Crossing Park shares the powerful story of General George Washington’s daring crossing of the Delaware River on Christmas Night in 1776 and interprets its ongoing impact on world history for today’s citizens and future generations. Through fundraising and the generous support of our donors and members, we can maintain and sustain this significant historic site and welcome thousands of schoolchildren, families, individuals, and groups every year.
Along the Way - A rapidly growing non-profit organization with a focus on strengthening the care economy (child care, elder care, social care), through collaborative efforts with local government, employers, community based organizations and passionate volunteers. We break down barriers between sectors, enabling families to achieve better outcomes and long-term stability.

Second Quarter Meeting 2024
The three charities we will hear from at our next meeting are:
RJ Leonard Foundation - a community funded nonprofit organization that provides a Fellowship program for young adults aging out of the foster care system. We aim to provide these at-risk youth with Education First support that will give them the same opportunities as their more fortunate peers. We believe that a motivated mind is a terrible thing to waste.
Thriving Blind Academy- The community that helps people impacted by blindness to move from surviving to thriving.
The Farmette- A place for hope, healing and happiness for donkeys and horses who were unwanted, mistreated or slaughter-bound.

Susan Allen - The Capital Legacy
Susan has put together a team of experts (of which I am one!) who will be hosting a Retirement Symposium for those in or nearing retirement for a discussion on how to protect yourself, your loved ones and your legacy. It will be on June 5th from 6:00-8:00 pm at Bucks County Community College. Details are attached.

First Quarter Meeting 2024
The following charities were presented at this meeting:
Angel House Solutions is a new nonprofit organization formed by Bucks County residents planning to invest, one unit at a time, in preserving and creating affordable rental housing in Bucks County.
Immigrant Rights Action is dedicated to empowering and uplifting the immigrant community in Bucks County and is the only legal immigration services provider in the area.
Hands Holding Hearts is a non-profit community based bereavement resource supporting children and families through grief.

Fourth Quarter Meeting 2023
Thank you to everyone who joined us in person or via zoom last night. We had a fantastic holiday celebration and some wonderful presentations from our sponsors and our amazing charities.
